General FAQ

After your visit to On Par Entertainment, you may notice temporary pending charges on your account.

  • First, a $25 pre-authorization is placed on each drink card created or reauthorized.
  • Then, additional pending amounts may appear as you order food, drinks, or entertainment.

Because OPE is a self-serve entertainment center, our system places pre-authorizations while you are spending. However, these are not final charges.

Your final total is processed at checkout or at the end of the night. After that, most pending charges drop off at checkout. Also, some banks may take 1-3 business days to release them.

Finally, email us at info@onparbar.com for questions.

First, check out on your time. For express checkout, drop your RFID card in the gratuity boxes or simply leave, and we will close your tab at the end of the night with 20% gratuity applied.

However, gratuity is not required, though it is always appreciated. If you do not want express checkout, simply check out with a friendly staff member.
