1. Program Description
On Par Lead Alerts is an internal operational SMS notification program operated by On Par Entertainment LLC (“On Par,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
The program sends automated notifications concerning On Par’s event-lead workflow. Messages may confirm that an event lead was processed and a pricing email was sent, or report that an automation error requires attention.
This program is intended solely for On Par’s owner and authorized administrators. It is not a marketing program and is not available for enrollment by event guests or members of the public.
2. Consent and Eligibility
The recipient expressly consents to receive On Par Lead Alerts by personally providing their mobile telephone number and enabling SMS notifications in On Par’s private automation configuration.
No person may enroll another individual or provide another individual’s telephone number without that person’s prior express consent. Event guests and customers are not enrolled as recipients of this program.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time as described below.
3. Types of Messages
Messages may include:
- Confirmation that a new event lead was processed.
- Confirmation that a pricing email was sent.
- The event date, guest or company name, and callback telephone number.
- Notification that an automated process failed or requires manual review.
- Other closely related internal operational alerts.
Messages will not contain promotional offers or third-party marketing.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies according to event-lead activity and automation errors. The recipient will generally receive one notification for each lead processed successfully, plus any necessary failure notifications.
Messages are generally sent Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. The recipient is responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by their wireless carrier.
6. Opting Out
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
The recipient may also opt out by removing their mobile number from the private automation configuration or disabling SMS notifications.
After opting out, the recipient may receive one final confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent unless the recipient subsequently provides consent again.

8. Message Delivery
Wireless carriers and messaging providers do not guarantee message delivery. Messages may be delayed, blocked, or undelivered due to carrier availability, device issues, network conditions, or other circumstances outside On Par’s control.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
Information associated with this SMS program is handled according to the On Par Entertainment Privacy Policy:

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers only as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging program.
10. Changes or Termination
On Par may update these SMS Terms and Conditions or discontinue the On Par Lead Alerts program. Updated terms will be posted on this webpage with a revised effective date.
